To use FTP, you need to have the FTP client software installed. It is very likely that one is already installed on your computer. If not, others are readily available as shareware or freeware.
Important Guidelines for Using ATA FTP Services

Files uploaded to ATA will be deleted after four days.

Files should not contain spaces in the filename. Example: "file_name.zip" will transfer whereas "file name.zip" will generate an error and will not transfer.

Any files transferred to ATA's incoming (upload) area cannot be deleted or downloaded.

Before being transferred to ATA, files greater than 5 Mbytes should be compressed using industry standard compression methods such as WinZip, gzip, etc.

All transfers to and from the FTP server are logged.
