Using Microsoft Windows Command Prompt
Note: All quotes (" “) should be omitted when entering commands. |
From the Windows Desktop, choose “Start" and select "Run"
- Type "FTP" and click "OK"
- Type "open ftp.ata-e.com" (for Western Region Office)
- Type "open ftp://ftp-ero.ata-e.com" (for Eastern Region Office)
- Type "anonymous" for User and your e-mail address as a password.

| You'll be presented with the following screen: |

- Type "cd pub"
- Type "cd incoming"
|

This assures that binary files and text files from different computers will transfer correctly.

| The file will begin to be transferred and, depending on the size of the file, the window will announce "Transfer complete". At this point you may upload additional files or issue the command "bye" to terminate the FTP session. |
