Another analysis tool of Rotate is advanced cursoring on both 2D and 3D plots. Rotate can cursor along the Frequency Axis, RPM Axis, and Orders. Not only does Rotate track along these axes, it also gives you precise information as to the coordinates of the cursor. The demonstration below shows Rotate's real-time order cursoring capability. In the working program, simply click on the cursor and drag it to wherever you want!!! The cursor responds instantly with a plot along the order, frequency or RPM you have selected. These cursor cuts are simultaneously displayed in the 2D plot pane. Single or multiple cursors can be displayed across the waterfalls and in the 2D plot pane.
You can select cursors of constant frequency, order or time/RPM regardless of the axis configuration of the waterfall plot. Specialty cursors include harmonic and band for ease in nailing engineering problems.
