An Entrepreneurial Spirit

At ATA, we believe that being a 100% employee-owned company fosters a more entrepreneurial culture, where everyone’s contributions count. Ownership shares and employee stock options let you see the tangible results of your efforts.

ATA is a small business that works with major corporations, government agencies, and the military. These partnerships enable ATA employees to participate on large-scale projects while being supported by the close-knit community of a small business. Our employee owners have a strong work ethic, an appreciation of teamwork, and mutual respect for each other and our customers.

Many ATA contracts must meet Export Control compliance requirements and/or involve access to US-only data systems. Therefore, we can only consider your application if you are a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
