ATA Engineering (ATA) is proud to have contributed to the successful first flight of the Erinyes™ hypersonic glide vehicle as part of the Missile Defense Agency’s Hypersonic Test Bed-1 (HTB-1) mission in 2024. In recognition of these efforts, ATA received a commemorative model of the Erinyes vehicle from Kratos Defense and Security Solutions.
ATA’s work on the program included performing a modal survey of the HTB-1 flyer and supporting material characterization and property modeling. Through a rigorous engineering approach and specialized expertise in material characterization and modal testing, ATA contributed to the development of the Erinyes vehicle and its achievement of key HTB-1 mission objectives.
This recognition highlights ATA Engineering’s continued role in advancing high-performance aerospace systems and supporting critical hypersonic development programs.
