Our software support hotline is staffed Mon–Fri, 8 AM Eastern to 5 PM Pacific, by ATA
engineers who use Siemens software every day and have extensive experience with
our customers’ methods, processes, and tools.
You will be quickly connected directly to subject-matter experts who can usually
address and resolve your question right at the time you call.

When needed (usually having to do with license issues), ATA can help expedite Siemens GTAC support. Siemens
asks that you contact our hotline first, before calling GTAC. ATA also has a direct connection to the Siemens
development team and can engage them when the issue may involve a bug or needed enhancement.

ATA’s hotline service is staffed by experienced engineers who use Siemens CAD and CAE tools every day, giving our hotline unmatched expertise.
